From the time that Auyna family picked us up at the airport to the time we left 16 days later, we were treated like family. The Beds were so soft and comfortable, the pillows were fantastic. The Pool, and the surrounding area was quiet, tranquil and beautiful. The breakfast, lunch and dinner were fantastic. The staff was always very helpful, and always there to help. My motorbike was great to rent and use. Lis, her husband and Papa took care of us like we were "Royalty".. Room service was always great and kept our rooms clean. The laundry service was top grade. Me and the wife travel to Bali 2 times a year and we have found our new place to stay every time we go now. The price was very affordable. This place has incredibly friendly staff, delicious food, a great selection for breakfast, and is perfectly located right in the center.

We got excellent value for our money with a comfortable room and a refreshing pool just steps away. The staff at Ayuna Family were incredibly friendly and helpful during our stay.

The hotel met my needs and I can definitely recommend it to others. Everything was great for my purposes. I was celebrating my anniversary. The room was well-kept and neat, with a bathtub and a TV, and safety measures like smoke detectors included. The super-friendly staff offered me a wake-up service and even provided ironing services.

The area is perfect for cycling, and the guest house offers bike rentals - super convenient! We had a wonderful time exploring the beautiful countryside on the bikes provided by the friendly staff. It was a fantastic way to spend quality time with our family, enjoying the fresh air and stunning views. Highly recommended!

For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor activities for children.

I had a fantastic stay at Ayuna Family. The staff made me feel like the most important person in the world. They cooked vegan rice porridge for me, took care of my luggage, and even did my laundry. The surroundings and rooms were beautifully done, making for a peaceful and restful sleep. The location, although a 15-minute drive from the center of Ubud, was perfect for me as I enjoyed being surrounded by nature. I highly recommend this place for its attentive staff, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere.

Felt so much at home, nothing too much trouble.

During the Christmas period, I stayed in a wonderful hotel that offered excellent services. One of the best aspects of this hotel is that it was located far from the city center away from the city noise and pollution. , it had a lovely view of rice fields, which created a tranquil atmosphere. Another advantage of this hotel is that it had a fantastic pool, which provided a refreshing experience.

My stay was not all perfect. The worst aspects of this hotel were the unhelpful staff and the insufficient amenities.

This secluded hideaway was the perfect place to spend New Year's Eve. the rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff pleasant and friendly. the pool was a great place to relax after exploring the nearby paddy fields. the affordable restaurant next door had delicious food and drinks, making dining out an enjoyable and convenient option.

The need for transportation. It wasn't within walking distance of the city center, so transportation had to be arranged, though this wasn't especially inconvenient as the price for the motorbike rental was cheap.
